Construction Project Manager
in our Power sector to manage multi‑discipline projects, build client relationships, and lead construction support activities.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key client contact, building and maintaining client relations with both internal and external stakeholders and developing new Construction Services clients.
Work with marketing for proposal development and opportunity tracking.
Oversee contract and MSA negotiations, conduct resource recruitment, and provide invoice approval and budget development for multiple projects concurrently.
Serve as the key client contact and project manager on larger projects involving multiple services and personnel, making decisions on staffing levels, field resources, and coordination of external resources.
Lead business development in the area as it relates to Construction Services, maintaining annual goals.
Develop and lead the QA/QC process on a project‑specific basis and maintain project document control.
Assist or lead projects as a client lead and/or project manager.
Support the development of new and existing clients throughout the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Construction or design certifications.
Experience with estimating software (Timberline), scheduling software (Primavera P6 or SureTrak), and project management software (Prolog).
Ability to interpret construction schedules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including field engineering, construction submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, or Bluebeam.
