Duties
Repair sawmill operations as needed
Fabricate shields for motors and pinch points
Modify existing equipment to new customer requirements
Install replacement equipment as necessary
Experience
Proven work in manufacturing environments preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency stick welding, gas cutting, plasma cutting, and welding techniques.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and rigging operations.
Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes including machining and assembly.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
