LSGI HVAC Service Installer (Charlotte)
Landmark Services Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC service installer to work on residential and light commercial projects.
Responsibilities
Install equipment, ductwork, and other HVAC components for residential and light commercial customers.
Engineer and plan HVAC duct layouts, following mechanical code and manufacturer installation standards.
Self‑manage jobs, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate time‑keeping.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Maintain high quality standards and supervise others when necessary.
Use dispatch software to log job activities.
Qualifications
3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
Proficiency with HVAC systems and duct layout.
Strong time‑management skills and ability to self‑manage.
Good communication and customer‑service skills.
Experience with maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, commercial handyman or plumbing repair.
Proficiency with dispatch software is preferred.
Must have a clean driver’s record, auto insurable, pass a drug test, physical and background check.
