About the Role
Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans, policies, and strategies across critical infrastructure sectors in partnership with clients
Lead the design and execution of asset lifecycle management programs to optimize performance and minimize operational costs while ensuring client alignment
Conduct detailed asset assessments and condition evaluations to inform maintenance and replacement decisions, communicating findings clearly to clients
Establish and maintain asset management frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements, working alongside clients to ensure best in class delivery
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to identify asset risks and develop mitigation strategies that meet client objectives
Monitor asset performance metrics and key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence and deliver superior client outcomes
Provide strategic guidance on capital investment planning and asset portfolio optimization, supporting clients through the decision‑making process
Mentor and train junior staff on asset management best practices and methodologies, fostering a client‑centric delivery approach
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders that demonstrate value and drive informed decision‑making
Stay current with emerging asset management technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance client service delivery
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related field
Professional certification in asset management (iAM, RAMI, or equivalent industry qualification)
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in asset management or related infrastructure management roles
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing asset management frameworks aligned with industry standards (ISO 55000 series or similar)
Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management principles and practices
Proficiency with asset management software and digital tools
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Preferred
Advanced degree (Master's) in Engineering, Business Administration, or Infrastructure Management
Multiple professional certifications in asset management or related disciplines
Experience in critical infrastructure sectors (utilities, transportation, facilities, or similar)
Demonstrated expertise in capital investment planning and portfolio optimization
Experience mentoring and developing junior professionals
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
Knowledge of emerging asset management technologies and industry trends
Excellent presentation and technical writing skills for executive‑level reporting
