Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A)
We are hiring a Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A) to analyze financial and operational data to support fiscal planning, operating expense management, and FP&A system maintenance. The role will deliver quarterly GAAP and STAT reporting, monthly earnings and expense analysis, and plan and forecast activities. The candidate will design, build, and maintain self‑service dashboards and analytical models using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Develop and automate data pipelines using ETL solutions (e.g., Alteryx) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of FP&A reporting.

Perform day‑to‑day system administration and coordinate with IT to manage data in FP&A systems.

Prepare, analyze and report detailed expense data, tracking actual performance against budget and forecast by account, cost center, function and project.

Prepare and analyze information for inclusion in monthly internal business review materials.

Execute month‑end/quarter‑end accounting processes, including posting journal entries and monitoring accounts for unusual trends or fluctuations.

Prepare and analyze other quarterly reporting for internal and external management meetings.

Analyze key performance metrics and provide strategic insights based on the analysis.

Conduct ad‑hoc analysis as required.

Maintain adequate documentation and controls over existing processes.

Assist in training and development of junior analysts.

Qualifications & Skills

Problem‑solving with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Energetic approach with a sense of urgency and commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience building dashboards, automating analysis, or modernizing FP&A reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar tools.

Excellent quantitative, analytical and financial skills with strong attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau and Alteryx added value.

Customer‑service mindset that collaborates effectively across the organization.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including drafting clear management presentations.

Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.

At least 5 years of related financial analysis work experience.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau and Alteryx are a plus.

Ability to extract, transform, and concatenate data from key financial systems (Hyperion, Essbase, Concur, Business Objects, and Microsoft suite).

Compensation
Pay Range: $81,000.00 - $121,600.00 Annual

Work Location & Flexibility
Full‑time, work‑from‑home from any U.S. location with central or eastern time zone availability. Associates within a 60‑mile radius of a corporate office may work onsite. Some travel to corporate offices may be required.
