Full‑Time Surgery Scheduler
to join our team. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Scheduler is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. Duties include strategizing, problem‑solving, and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors’ offices and operating room staff.
Position requires weekdays only – no holidays or weekends. Some later evenings may be required.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
One year of previous experience or some hospital clerical experience; medical terminology preferred.
Proficiency operating office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
Bilingual preferred.
Good communication skills.
