Join our team as a night shift PRN Polysomnographic Tech (RPSGT) / Sleep Tech in Owasso, OK.
Responsibilities
Perform various polysomnograms and other sleep disorder tests under the direction of the Sleep Lab Medical Director.
Attach electrodes and monitor patients participating in a sleep study.
Monitor patients throughout the sleep study, document observations, collect data from monitors, and report this information to the physician.
Perform CPAP titration and oxygen therapy when applicable.
Score sleep study reports.
Job Requirements
Technical/Vocational training.
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) required upon hire.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Ability to use the AASM Inter Scorer Reliability program scoring 200 pages of a Sleep Record each month with scoring graded by the AASM.
Preferred Job Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience.
