Description
Reporting to the Chief Technology and IP Counsel, this role supports the company’s intellectual property portfolio by managing trademark and domain name activities, ensuring accurate filings, timely follow‑up, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents; track and follow up on prosecution activity
Conduct domain name research and assist with domain name registrations and renewals
Monitor, manage, and maintain trademark and domain name deadlines using appropriate docketing systems
Maintain accurate trademark and domain name records and databases
Prepare reports and provide status updates related to trademark and domain portfolios
Coordinate and communicate with external counsel and internal clients regarding trademark and domain matters
Perform additional administrative and IP‑related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong follow‑up skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills are critical
Ability to act on detailed instructions, remain highly organized, and demonstrate good judgment
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with the USPTO trademark filing interface is required
Experience with CPI or other IP docketing and maintenance systems for trademarks and domain names is a plus
