Qualifications
A) Possession of an Associate's degree* in Paralegal studies; or:
B) Possession of a Bachelor's degree* and completion of 15 credit hours in Paralegal studies and six (6) months experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant; or:
C) Possession of a Bachelor's Degree* and one (1) year experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant; or:
D) Completion of an approved Paralegal Certificate program and one (1) year of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant; or:
E) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B), (C) and (D).
