We are seeking a motivated and strategic Recruiter to support our growing workforce needs. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across project management, engineering, and technology advisory functions. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of recruiting in technical and construction-driven environments and can build strong pipelines for both corporate and field-based roles.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across construction, project management, and consulting teams
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in construction and technical disciplines
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness
Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence
Support employer branding initiatives to position InnoActive Group as an employer of choice
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or consulting industries
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of technical and project-based roles (e.g., project managers, engineers, consultants)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
