About the role
Join a fast-paced recruiting team supporting high-volume hiring operations at an onsite location. This role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly workforce roles, ensuring efficient candidate flow from sourcing through onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-volume hiring demands, preferably supporting driver or blue-collar workforce recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboarding
Source and engage candidates through walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviews
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and job fit
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate candidate tracking within Workday ATS
Partner with hiring managers to meet weekly hiring goals
Ensure timely processing of candidate documentation and onboarding steps
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Provide positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Qualifications
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
Experience hiring hourly workforce or blue-collar roles
Experience using Workday ATS (Required)
Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting drivers or transportation-related roles
Experience supporting retail, logistics, warehouse, or transportation hiring
Experience supporting onboarding and compliance processes
Compensation
Estimated hourly range: $30–$32/hr (W-2)
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Work Schedule: 100% Onsite
Contract Duration: 3–6 months (Temp-to-Perm potential)
