SupportWorks Housing (Formerly Virginia Supportive Housing) is a not‑for‑profit organization that provides safe, stable housing for people facing homelessness, substance use, and mental health challenges. As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will work side‑by‑side with experienced maintenance technicians and supervisors to maintain common areas, grounds, and rental units.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Assist experienced maintenance technicians
Clean and maintain common areas and grounds
Turn over units (cleaning, painting, minor repairs)
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance
Support inspections and identify maintenance needs
Help ensure building safety systems are functioning properly

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
