This full-time, on-site position is responsible for providing direct hands-on IT support, managing service desk tickets, and maintaining effective communication with users. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a Windows environment, proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and able to provide excellent customer service. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills are essential in this role.
