AI Lead

We are looking for an AI Lead who can bridge business problems and AI solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving ability, and the capability to lead AI initiatives with clients from discovery to delivery.

Experience

12–15 years of experience

Background in consulting, analytics, or AI‑led solutioning preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities

Translate business problems into AI‑driven solution approaches

Define pilot scope, success metrics, and value realization frameworks

Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams

Present solution demos, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership

Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

Core Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals

Experience in solution architecture and AI workflow design

Strong business communication and storytelling skills

Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions

Product thinking and outcome‑oriented mindset
