Enlightened is looking for a
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Operations Coordinator
to support the credentialing process for new and existing providers. This role helps ensure providers are credentialed, enrolled, and activated accurately and on time. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external providers.
Position Responsibilities
Prepare and submit provider credentialing and enrollment applications
Review applications for completeness and accuracy before submission
Track credentialing status across systems and follow up as needed
Contact providers to obtain missing or additional documentation
Submit tickets to initiate provider setup and system access
Route and track tickets to the appropriate teams through completion
Work with internal teams to verify information and resolve issues
Perform quality checks before provider activation
Maintain organized, audit‑ready files and tracking logs
Assist with reporting and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in provider credentialing, enrollment, healthcare administration, or similar work preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Experience with credentialing systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
