Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

Riboli Family Wines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and talent programs. This role is responsible for the full talent lifecycle from attracting talent to onboarding and retention. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Experience with ATS and ideally bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $125,000 USD.
