Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
Location: Lexington, KY.
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience).
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
Job Overview
Machines quit. You don't. We are looking for a solid Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot fast and keep equipment running smoothly.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus).
At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
Experience working with industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, etc.).
Strong electrical knowledge (24VDC, 480VAC).
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot problems.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Attention to detail and safety.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred (not required)
Associate's degree in a related field.
Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
Knowledge of networking systems and automation technology.
What to Expect Every Day
Fix and maintain production machines and equipment.
Work with automated systems, including PLCs and robots.
Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
Help improve equipment performance and reliability.
