Salesforce Process Analyst

The advertising operations process analyst will lead the process documentation efforts for a GBS project. Role includes understanding design, capturing technical details for each role within the advertising operations team, and identifying continuous improvement of end to end. The role ensures that global workflows—such as campaign setup, trafficking, QA, ad tech configuration, reporting, and billing—are standardized, well controlled, tech-enabled, and optimized for speed, accuracy, and scalability. This analyst partners with marketing, sales, finance, product, and technology teams to deliver consistent, high quality operational support across markets.

Responsibilities
Process Documentation

Understand global standards for key advertising operations processes (e.g., campaign trafficking, ad server setup, creative QA, tagging, reporting, billing reconciliation).

Complete detailed process documentation, SOPs, RACI models, and governance frameworks.

Ensure documented procedures are in compliance with internal controls and policies.

Process Optimization & Technology Enablement

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and eliminate defects.

Use background knowledge working with existing Paramount technology including Salesforce, and either FreeWheel or a similar technology to make recommendations on technology enhancements that could support more effective workflow in the business.

Identify automation and digitization initiatives using background expertise working with existing tools (i.e. Salesforce, Automation Anywhere, etc).

Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to measure process performance.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Operational Support

Work closely with marketing, sales, media strategy, finance, and IT to document detailed process steps.

Qualifications

Experience with workflow design, process mapping (Visio or LucidChart).

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, QA, and reporting.

Ability to travel as needed.

Experience in a shared services or global business services environment preferred.

Background in ad tech product management or platform operations.

2 to 3 years of ad operations experience or work in process management.

Prior experience with Salesforce and FreeWheel or other similar technology.
