Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
macOS Endpoint Engineer
to support a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience managing macOS devices in a corporate setting, especially within
Workspace ONE UEM .
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in
macOS device lifecycle management, automation, system configuration, patching, and security compliance . This person will play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable endpoint environment while partnering across support, infrastructure, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise-scale macOS devices using
Workspace ONE UEM
Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize macOS configurations and endpoint management processes
Build and support
automated enrollment workflows , including
Automated Device Enrollment (DEP)
Package and deploy applications, policies, scripts, and updates across the macOS environment
Manage
system patching, OS updates, and security compliance
Monitor endpoint health and ensure devices remain aligned with enterprise standards
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex macOS issues
Partner with teams across
Security, Help Desk, and Infrastructure
to improve endpoint operations
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content
Support post-deployment and end-user needs to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years
of hands-on experience managing
macOS devices at enterprise scale
Experience supporting environments with
1,000+ devices
2+ years
of hands-on experience with
Workspace ONE UEM , specifically in macOS environments
Strong experience with
bash scripting
and automation
Strong understanding of macOS MDM concepts, including:
Automated Device Enrollment (DEP)
Configuration profiles
Application packaging and deployment
using
pkg
and
dmg
Experience managing
patching, updates, and security compliance
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
