Epicor Kinetic Developer / Technical Specialist

Our client is seeking a hands-on Epicor Technical Specialist/Developer to play a key role in advancing their ERP ecosystem. You’ll work at the center of critical initiatives, enhancing system capabilities, streamlining processes, and delivering solutions that directly impact operations across the business.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key contributor to the development, enhancement, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic and related systems
Identify opportunities to improve system utilization and drive adoption of underused functionality
Design, develop, and deploy customizations, BPMs, Functions, and Application Studio solutions
Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports to support data-driven decision-making
Lead and support ERP-related projects, including upgrades, new functionality, and integrations
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system guidance
Develop documentation and deliver training to ensure strong system adoption globally
Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to support evolving business needs
What You Bring
Strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP development and architecture
Hands-on experience with BAQs, dashboards, SSRS, BPMs, Functions, and Application Studio
Proficiency in SQL Server and C# development
Experience working within manufacturing or distribution environments
Solid understanding of core business processes including finance, supply chain, inventory, and operations
Proven ability to lead or contribute to ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-company or multi-currency ERP environments
Exposure to tools such as Quick Ship, DocStar, or warehouse management modules
Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Jitterbit)
Experience with ERP, CRM, or PLM/PDM system interoperability
Background in process improvement, documentation, and user training
