
Precision Ag Digital Specialist

We've grown to 36 John Deere locations in 6 states and we are hiring a Precision Ag Digital Specialist covering our Truman, St. James, Jackson, Tracy, and Slayton, Minnesota locations. Use your knowledge of Precision Ag tools expertise to promote digital tools and features to employees and connected software companies. Travel is expected approximately 50% of the time.

Essential Duties
Proactively work with C & B employees and customers to promote digital tools, insights, and the value of connected equipment
Develop, track, and provide services to customers that promote and provide data integrity, enterprise setup, and accurate reporting
Regularly host training events keeping customers and employees engaged with their data, partners, connected software companies, and the latest capabilities of Operations Center, Operations Center Mobile, Equipment Mobile, Harvest Profit, and other programs
Engage with key accounts and customers of all‑sizes to seek solutions to fit their business goals
Participate in ongoing training to continually develop knowledge and skills sets
Audit tracking systems for accuracy with customer information, including associated subscribed services and desired support from stores and digital field team
Required Education And Experience
Knowledge with Precision Ag products used in the industry is preferred, not required
Bachelor’s Degree in Precision Ag, Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy, or another related field, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience
Experience with John Deere digital tools is preferred, not required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
