Prominent defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of Medical Malpractice experience to join their growing White Plains office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to take on important responsibilities with a leading medical malpractice, healthcare provider, and long-term care provider defense team.
Responsibilities:
Handle cases from inception to conclusion
Take and defend depositions
Make court appearances
Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Prepare for trial
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate
Excellent research and writing skills
2+ years of Medical Malpractice defense experience
Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York
Base Salary 140k-200k (DOE) + Bonuses+ Comprehensive Benefits Package.
