Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you will represent our telecommunications and mobility clients by working directly with small business owners in your community. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact by offering our clients' products and services, designed to enhance the daily operations of small businesses. You will engage with partners face to face, building strong relationships, offering personalized solutions, and helping businesses achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with small business owners face to face to promote and offer our clients’ telecommunications and mobile products and services.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance daily operations, drive efficiency, and promote growth.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with small business partners to ensure ongoing success.
Collaborate with our client success teams to ensure seamless product implementation and customer satisfaction.
Participate in paid training programs to build your expertise and advance within the company.
Achieve weekly sales targets and participate in incentive programs with weekly bonuses.
Contribute to a positive team environment while striving to exceed individual and team goals.
Travel nationally for business development opportunities, industry conferences, and client meetings.
