You’ll lead the administration and optimization of NetSuite and other financial systems, driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across the finance tech stack.**Key Responsibilities*** Oversee the day-to-day management of NetSuite (for the finance/accounting team), including user roles, system configurations, integrations, and issue resolution.* Maintain and optimize additional financial systems such as Concur (similar tools) or budgeting tools to support key finance functions.* Maintain integrations with supporting teams/systems like Workday, Ironclad* Ensure all system configurations and workflows align with internal financial policies, compliance standards, and evolving business needs.* Develop and manage customized reports, dashboards, and saved searches for actionable insights and effective decision-making.* Identify opportunities for automation, enhanced reporting, and system improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.* Lead the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new system features, upgrades, and third-party integrations.* Partner with stakeholders across finance and business operations to define evolving system requirements and deliver scalable solutions.* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across all systems and transactions.* Monitor and support financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing during month, quarter, and year-end.* Oversee data flows and reconciliation processes between systems to ensure a single source of truth.* Serve as the primary support contact for finance and accounting users, resolving system issues and coordinating with IT or vendors as needed.* Develop and deliver documentation and training to enable user adoption and system proficiency.* Proactively identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching to improve system usage and data quality.* Lead or contribute to system-related initiatives, such as new system implementations, AI innovations, upgrades, and migrations.* Define and implement policies, procedures, and controls for financial system use and compliance.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, sciences) AND 5+ years of experience in a relevant field leading or contributing to multidisciplinary projects where scope requires reliance on the technical experience of other team members OR Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, sciences) AND 3+ years of experience in a relevant field leading or contributing to multidisciplinary projects where scope requires reliance on the technical experience of other team members* Experience building and supporting finance systems in a global organization.* Demonstrate expertise in managing or implementing financial systems (NetSuite, Concur, and Salesforce)* Strong understanding of business processes across P2P and financial reporting* Proven ability to deliver complex financial applications/programs that support financial transformation* Ability to design solutions and engage with senior stakeholders in Accounting and Finance* Experience integrating financial applications with third-party systems (e.g., Workday)* Ability to prioritize under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities* Strong customer orientation and stakeholder collaboration skills**Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to travel between facilities and lift up to 70 pounds**Compensations Range:**The expected base salary range for this position is between$128,200.00 - $192,400.00The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.**Disclosures:****Pay Transparency Disclosure:**This compensation and benefits information is based on Lyten’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. We generally do not negotiate on salary once we have made an offer.
The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.
