F-35 Joint Program Office Program Management Contract
The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is a joint, multi‑national program and is the Department of Defense’s (DoD) focal point for defining affordable next generation strike aircraft weapon systems among the United States Air Force (USAF), U.S. Navy (USN), U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), and U.S. allies currently composed of seven cooperative international partners: the United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Denmark, and Norway; as well as Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The program’s objective is to develop and deploy the F-35 Air System, a three‑variant family of highly common and affordable 5th Generation strike fighter aircraft that meets the operational needs of the USAF, USN, USMC, and cooperative partner international services. Additional production of the F-35 is made through Foreign Military Sales.
Serco will support the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) with Program Management Contractor Support Services (CSS) with full acquisition lifecycle (development, production, and sustainment) of the F-35 Program over the next five years. With this award, Serco will be providing Program Management support to DoD’s largest acquisition program. As the prime contractor, Serco will provide a range of program management knowledge‑based services to include, business and financial management, analytics, compliance, operational analysis, training and simulation, logistics, and foreign military sales.

You will be part of our dynamic team providing standardized tools and training to ensure success for each PMO, the Functional Directorates, and the Director of Partners and FMS.

Requirements to Join the Team:
Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance up to an Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
A United States Citizenship
Experience working on acquisition challenges presented by the dependencies and interrelationships inherent in a complex 5th‑Generation Fighter Air System
Experience with total life‑cycle responsibility and accountability for cost, schedule, and performance
