Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Process all outbound small-parcel shipments using UPS and FedEx online portals, ensuring correct service levels (Ground, Express, International); Accurately weigh finished goods and record dimensions to prevent shipping discrepancies and ensure precise freight billing; Coordinate with local hubs and drivers to schedule late-evening pickups and manage incoming trailer swaps; Generate and verify essential paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), Packing Slips, and Commercial Invoices for international orders; Conduct cycle counts and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect real-time stock levels after daily shipments
