Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Online Shipping Management: Process all outbound small-parcel shipments using UPS and FedEx online portals, ensuring correct service levels (Ground, Express, International).; Inventory Weighing & Measuring: Accurately weigh finished goods and record dimensions to prevent shipping discrepancies and ensure precise freight billing.; Carrier Scheduling: Coordinate with local hubs and drivers to schedule late-evening pickups and manage incoming trailer swaps.; Logistics Documentation: Generate and verify essential paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), Packing Slips, and Commercial Invoices for international orders.; Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect real-time stock levels after daily shipments.
