Seasonal Color
The Seasonal Color department works with our Landscaping Enhancement team to provide seasonal color to our clients through annual flowers and seasonal decorations. If you are hands-on, creative and enjoy designing and assembling colorful, eye-catching displays, this position is for you!
Team Member Benefits:
Base pay: $17 - $19 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities Include:
Arranging and installing annual flowers to replace old displays.
Caring for displays by managing irrigation, fertilizing, weeding, & deadheading.
Using light-duty gardening tools.
Driving a truck with a water tank through a route of customer sites.
Identifying areas to improve a client's display or property
Working with common computer programs for tracking data and administration
Administrative tasks during the winter months
Position Requirements:
A Chauffeur License or the ability to obtain
Leadership experience and skills
A proven record of problem-solving
Exceptional self-management
Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
Motivation to grow and continually seek improvement
