(software, systems, embedded, or hardware-adjacent)
Strong
hands-on Jira expertise
across the full agile lifecycle:
Backlog management, sprint planning/refinement, execution, and reporting
Board and workflow configuration, dashboards, and delivery visibility
Demonstrated ability to
manage timelines and drive delivery :
Dependency tracking, risk/issue management, milestone planning
Solid
technical fluency
(C, C++, C#, Kotlin) sufficient to follow discussions, review high-level code, and partner effectively with engineers
Strong
communication and stakeholder-management skills , able to align engineering, program/product, and leadership audiences
Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and support a highly technical engineering team delivering complex software and/or systems initiatives. This role will own Agile delivery execution, Jira board management, and day-to-day facilitation to ensure teams meet program goals, manage timelines, and remove blockers. The ideal candidate is a strong servant leader who can translate between engineering and stakeholders, has a solid understanding of technical concepts (working knowledge of C, C++, C#, and Kotlin), and brings prior exposure to systems, software, or hardware engineering environment.
Compensation:
$70/hr
to
$80/hr .
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
