Role Overview
This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. The position focuses on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, providing visibility into team delivery plans, and enabling continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.
Help the team define and enforce norms and agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
Ensure the team maintains a healthy product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the team.
Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.
Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress to stakeholders.
Enable the team to become high-performing through collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement.
Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance, and review metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Practical working experience guiding and coaching teams on the implementation of agile best practices and changing mindsets.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $68.00 and $73.94 per hour.
