Position Overview
We're hiring a Customer Experience Specialist (BDC Associate) to drive inbound and outbound customer communication. You'll be responsible for setting appointments, confirming showroom traffic, and supporting the sales team in hitting daily and monthly targets.
What You'll Do
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to leads and opportunities Send 60+ emails and 60+ texts per day Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits Ensure 100% follow-up on all sold customers Log all activity in CRM accurately and consistently Work directly with sales managers to drive appointment show rates Maintain daily checklist and accountability to performance metrics Participate in weekly training and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Strong communicator with confidence on the phone High energy, competitive mindset, and accountability CRM or call center experience preferred Ability to handle high volume activity daily Team-oriented with a drive to win Retail, hospitality, or sales background is a plus
Pay & Perks
$18/hour (Target base ~$3,000/month) Commission plan based on appointments shown and units sold Earning potential: $60K$80K+ Employee discounts on motorcycles, gear, and parts Career growth opportunities across Wise Riders group
