Customer Service Manager
Collins Law Firm, LLC, Pewaukee, WI, United States
We’re Looking for Someone Who Genuinely Cares — Not Just Someone Who’s Qualified. A rare opportunity to build something meaningful at a family‑focused law firm and grow with us for the long term.
Full‑time, salaried
$5,000/month base + bonuses
Pewaukee, Wisconsin
In‑office + 2 evenings/month + 1 Saturday/month
Who we are
Collins Law Firm LLC is a small, family‑oriented law firm on a mission to make life better for the families and small business owners in our community. We help people do the right thing for the people they love — and we take that seriously. We’re growing, and we need one sharp, driven, friendly person to become the operational heartbeat of our practice. This isn’t a “show up and follow a script” job. It’s a chance to build something real, with real impact, alongside a team that cares.
Is this you?
You’ve worked in financial services, real‑estate closings, insurance, or a client‑facing professional services role
You’re genuinely tech‑savvy — comfortable juggling multiple platforms and learning new systems fast
You’re self‑motivated and don’t need hand‑holding to figure things out
You’re warm and easy to talk to, but also detail‑oriented and organized
You can think on your feet and make smart decisions under pressure
You’re not above making coffee or refilling the printer — and you don’t need a big team to feel important
Responsibilities
Your most important job:
be the first and best impression our prospects and clients have of this firm. That means:
Talking with prospective clients, educating them about our process, and setting appointments for our “Estate Planning Sessions.”
Guiding clients from the moment they hire us through to a completed, signed, delivered estate plan
Mastering our systems and technology — and owning the client experience end to end
Supporting our community presence: speaking engagements, expos, local events, and outreach
Helping implement and improve the systems that make our firm run smoothly
Is this an easy job? Honestly, no. But the potential for long‑term growth — in responsibility, compensation, and impact — is very real.
Qualifications
Client‑facing professional services experience:
2+ years in a client‑heavy role (financial services, real‑estate closings, insurance, legal intake, or similar) with a track record of guiding people through important decisions.
Warm, confident communicator:
Strong phone and in‑person communication skills; able to educate prospects on process, set appointments, and make people feel cared for and understood.
Exceptionally organized and detail‑driven:
Proven ability to manage multiple clients/cases at once, maintain accurate records, and follow checklists without dropping the ball.
Tech‑savvy and fast learner:
Comfortable learning new platforms quickly and juggling multiple systems daily (CRM, scheduling, intake forms, document tools, email/text workflows).
Self‑motivated problem solver:
Works independently, takes ownership, and makes smart judgment calls without needing constant direction; thrives in a growing firm where systems are improving.
Calm under pressure, high integrity:
Can think on your feet, handle sensitive situations with discretion, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Hands‑on “no task too small” attitude:
Willing to do what it takes—supporting events and outreach, helping with office operations, and stepping in wherever needed to deliver an excellent client experience.
Compensation
$50,000–$65,000 per year.
