Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Executive Director of Supply Chain Procurement.
The Executive Director of Supply Chain Procurement provides enterprise-level leadership for the strategy, governance, and execution of Supply Chain Purchasing across all supported locations. This leader will design and implement standardized procurement processes, policies, and service levels to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
As executive owner of procurement systems, workflows, and data governance, you will oversee ERP/MMIS optimization, technology enablement, and data integrity. You will lead procurement performance management through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting to improve transparency and support executive decision‑making.
You will partner with sourcing, contracting, finance, and operational leaders to enhance contract compliance, improve spend visibility, and align procurement with enterprise priorities. You will oversee purchasing for goods, services, and capital; resolve supplier, system, and fulfillment issues; and serve as final escalation point.
The Executive Director drives continuous improvement, ensures PO compliance, and builds a high‑performing procurement organization through talent development and succession planning.

Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
Requires 10+ years of people leader experience.
