
Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting, Customer Process identification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis.
Activities have a direct impact on both sales' revenue and profitability within the assigned account base. Maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
Forecast Accuracy Reporting.
Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customers requested delivery date.
Conduct Root Cause analysis.
Prepare and analyze Improvement Monthly Report (semi-annual and monthly).
Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis.
Monitor KPI (Baseline Improvement).
Use supply chain system for order management, reporting and forecasting.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
3+ years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations (flexible).
Forecasting or Demand Planning within retail experience preferred.
Experience working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them.
Proficiency with Advanced Excel data management functions including advanced formulas, pivot tables, V‑lookup, etc.
SAP experience a plus.
Self‑starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced multi‑cultural environment.
Top 3 Must Have Skills
Organized and follows instructions closely.
Very detail oriented.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages, which may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, paid days off, bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, discretionary performance or recognition bonus, sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement according to state or local law.
