Job Description
Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative for its Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck on a set route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. It is a physical, fast‑paced position that includes both indoor and outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customer decision makers and act as the company’s face.
Ensure quality standards, address and resolve customer concerns proactively.
Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
Minimum age of 21 years.
DOT medical certification required.
Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the role.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to meet goals.
Positive attitude, ambition, and organizational skills.
