Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of Cintas to our customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑based environment.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
Requirements
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.
Eligible to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
