$65,000 – $95,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate will be based upon prior experience, skill level, tenure track status, and budget.

This is an opportunity to educate, mentor, and equip future Christian counselors in a mission-driven, CACREP-accredited program that integrates faith and evidence-based counseling practice.

As a faculty member in the Counseling Division, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of professional counselors by:
Delivering high-impact teaching (18 credit hours per academic year) in graduate-level courses.
Mentoring students holistically—academically, professionally, and spiritually.
Contributing to scholarship through research, writing, and conference presentations.
Integrating faith and counseling practice in a way that prepares students for real-world impact.
Serving the Seminary community through committee work, accreditation support, and faculty collaboration.
Other duties as assigned by the Academic Dean

Compensation:
