Senior Demand Generation Representative (m/f/d) Building Automation

Currently, we are looking for a dedicated "Senior Demand Generation Representative (m/f/d) Building Automation" with a focus on Southern Germany, remote from the home office or at a Honeywell location.
In this position, you will be responsible for consistently generating demand in the area of Building Management Systems (BMS) including the creation, development, and maintenance of long-term relationships with end users, planners, and general and subcontractor accounts. You will ensure the continuous specification of Honeywell partner channel products through all business channels (indirect, direct & service).
Various internal and external interfaces require regular travel to customers as well as Honeywell locations.
Your Tasks
Identify potential new customers, consultants, and planners and their long-term acquisition for Honeywell partner channel products and services
Professional business development with a focus on end users, M&E consultants, planners, general, and subcontractors in line with Honeywell business goals
Develop business opportunities taking into account the Honeywell portfolio
Open new sales opportunities for new construction, modernization, and expansion projects in the field of building automation
Active contribution to product sales, projects, and service sales team performance
Generate new qualified sales, service leads, and business opportunities for all market channels
Participate in BMS strategy and implementation via research and business development
Create and maintain business development plans for all newly identified customers
Regular participation and contribution to monthly sales/service team meetings
Contribute to brand development by developing marketing content, participating in trade shows to expand network and influence
Your Profile
Successfully completed studies, preferably in the context of electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
Proven sales experience with proven successes in business development in the direct context of end users, M&E consultants, and planners, general, and subcontractors
Commercial and technical understanding in the field of building/industrial automation and control systems
Communication, presentation, and consulting-strong personality
Strong customer orientation, with the ability to build sustainable customer relationships with mutual value
Proven experience in acquiring and selling to new customers and opening new business opportunities
Passion for proactive competitive business development and growth
High self-motivation with a structured and results-oriented working method
Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
