This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for defining and executing the full-funnel growth strategy within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You will own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion initiatives, building scalable systems that drive predictable and sustainable growth. The environment is highly data-driven and experimentation-focused, requiring strong analytical thinking and rapid execution. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity, product-led organizations. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market direction, optimizing performance across channels, and unlocking new growth opportunities.
Accountabilities:
Own and execute the overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion channels
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve full-funnel performance and revenue growth
Design, implement, and optimize scalable growth experiments and initiatives
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams
Define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approaches to support growth objectives
Build and refine growth systems, processes, and experimentation frameworks for scalability
Support and contribute to community, partnerships, and brand-led growth initiatives where applicable
Requirements:
Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or strategic marketing roles within SaaS companies
Strong ability to own and manage full-funnel growth strategies end-to-end
Highly analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and data interpretation skills
Experience working in cross-functional leadership environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Familiarity with marketing and performance tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, and attribution tools
Nice to have: experience in e-commerce, creator economy, TikTok Shop, or community-led growth models
