Role Overview
We are seeking a
Client Services Manager
to oversee client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and support the execution of tailored marketing and engagement strategies. This role is focused on maintaining strong client partnerships and driving consistent account performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
Oversee delivery of campaigns and ensure client expectations are met
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution
Monitor account performance and prepare regular updates and reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
Experience in client services, account management, or customer success preferred
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
