This role is responsible for maintaining service standards, managing staff performance, and ensuring the overall flow of the restaurant runs smoothly. A strong emphasis is placed on planning and executing private dining, parties and special events at a high level, while delivering a polished and seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is present on the floor, leads by example, and takes full ownership of service, staff accountability, and overall guest satisfaction. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. This is not an office-based position. The General Manager is expected to be actively engaged on the floor, leading service, supporting the team and maintaining standards in real time. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and holds both themselves and others accountable.
