Overview
Location: Onsite – Casa Grande, AZ
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $36.50 per hour with shift differential pay increase at $1.50 per hour.
Shift: Night Shift, 3-1-3 Rotating Schedule (on Fri, Sat & Sun. Off Mon. On Tues, Wed & Thurs-then reverse), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
Role
We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician II to join our Casa Grande team, supporting the production of high-quality plumbing products and fixtures. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recondition electrical and mechanical equipment, while also performing facility maintenance tasks such as building systems, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. You will be an ideal candidate if you are an experienced maintenance professional and are willing to learn and adapt to new and changing processes and environments.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.
Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics.
Perform repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls within assigned work area.
Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on process machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.
Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation including, but not limited to, voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, personal computers, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.
Assist in resolving maintenance-related process problems which may require the proficient operation of that equipment.
Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor programs.
Electrical Maintenance Technicians must be able to operate power industrial equipment at times to accomplish their work responsibilities.
WORKING CONDITIONS - Heavy industrial environment, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
An associate degree in Electro-Mechanical technology or similar field of study. Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Years of required experience for each level is based upon skills and knowledge along with years of experience. Typically meet the following levels: Electrical Maintenance Technician II – 5+ years’ experience
A natural ability for problem-solving and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
Previous experience with installation, frequency, drive, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
A strong work ethic that includes the ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.
Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
A willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scope.
Flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of production and operability.
Employment will be subject to demonstrated maintenance of competency via a standardized knowledge check.
