Branch Operations Manager (Restoration)

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations for a growing restoration company. This role oversees project execution, team performance, and customer satisfaction across water, fire, mold, and other restoration services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across multiple restoration projects from intake to completion

Lead, coach, and schedule field teams and project managers

Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

Monitor KPIs (cycle time, margins, customer satisfaction) and drive improvements

Coordinate with sales, estimating, and insurance partners

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations (IICRC preferred)

Qualifications

5+ years of operations or project management experience in restoration, construction, or related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating tools preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
