Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary
Provides project management. Reports on performance indices for business and clinical operations, clinical care management and outcomes reporting. Identifies process improvements and associated revenue and cost savings.

Responsibilities

Plans and executes business and clinical projects. Develops communication plans to engage key constituents. Engages stakeholders in project design.

Researches barriers to effective service delivery. Creates reports that provide monitoring of re-engineered processes. Translates information needs into actionable reporting tools. Assists in data validation.

Optimizes effective reporting. Ensures that data definitions are in sync. Identifies data gaps and resolves them.

Conducts needs assessment and planning to meet business objectives. Recommends improvements to maximize benefits. Develops financial metrics that reflect outcomes of improvement work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Preferred: Master's degree in relevant field.

3 years of healthcare experience, including large scale and complex project management.

Experience in process facilitation, outcomes reporting and change management.
