We're looking for a Senior Executive – Purchase to join our dynamic team in Panchkula.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure high-quality raw materials for cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align purchasing with product development
Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel
Requirements
3–4 years of core experience in purchasing within the cosmetic/skincare/haircare industry
Excellent knowledge of raw materials used in personal care products
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
