Weatherization Crew Specialist , you will:
Perform weatherization tasks.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and maintain documentation.
Coordinate schedules with participants, inspectors, and team members.
Support the Weatherization Program Director and other department needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Weatherization tasks may include: insulation, window/door repair, blower door tests, infiltration and venting work, lead safe practices
Recording and maintaining accurate records
Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, inspectors and team members.
Working collaboratively with other departmental teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of experience in building sciences, property management, or maintenance preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
Must demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
