Customer Service Specialist
We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The customer service specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role involves providing exceptional service, meeting performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions
Maintain detailed records of all interactions
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services
Exhibit a positive, adaptable, and resourceful attitude
Build strong, long‑term customer relationships
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy for data entry and task management
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Prior food processing or bakery experience is a plus
Experience using Excel
