Structural Steel Project Manager
(AISC Fabrication)
A successful Steel Fabricator that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. The right candidate would have experience in structural steel fabrication and/or erection. Our client company fabricates structural steel for multiple projects in commercial construction.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
Ground-up Steel Construction Project Experience
Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with team members
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules
Monitor and review changes in project scope
Ensure all materials, labor, and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates
Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies
Compensation and Benefits
$90,000 - $120,000+ base salary
