Sr. Executive Assistant
Compensation: $90k-$110k annually
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Workplace Setting: Fully Onsite
Position Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to Brandon Dawson, CEO and Co-Founder of Cardone Ventures, serving as the operational backbone of the Executive Office. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support it requires someone who thinks strategically, communicates with precision, and operates with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. You will be the connective tissue between the executive team and the broader organization, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and that the CEO is always positioned to lead at his highest level.
This role includes direct ownership of the CEO's personal and household operations alongside his professional calendar and communications. If you see personal support as part of being a trusted partner to a high-performing CEO and you take pride in being the person who makes everything run this is the role for you.
This is a role for someone who understands that supporting executives is itself a valuable and strategic function.

Independently determines what deserves the executive's attention and what doesn't, making sound, confident decisions without needing constant direction
Connects day-to-day tasks to broader organizational goals; understands the "why" behind requests and acts accordingly
Follows through on commitments with speed and accuracy, with zero dropped balls no matter the complexity or volume
Represents the Executive Office with poise, maturity, and credibility in every interaction, at every level
Maintains airtight systems for calendars, files, projects, and communications; nothing slips, nothing is sloppy
Anticipates needs before they're voiced; surfaces problems early and arrives with solutions, not just status updates
Builds and improves processes that create consistency and scale across the Executive Office
Communicates clearly and concisely across all levels; ensures the right people have the right information at the right time
Handles sensitive personal and professional information with complete maturity and confidentiality
Seamlessly shifts between strategic projects and personal support tasks; stays composed when priorities change quickly
Applies rigorous prioritization and urgency awareness to protect the executive's time and attention
Proficient in productivity tools and presentation software, with the ability to build and maintain organized digital systems
Education and Experience:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience with personal and household support for an executive
Must possess a valid/active driver's license and a functioning vehicle
This role requires genuine flexibility including evenings, weekends, and travel on short notice when the business demands it
