Janitorial Worker
This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout a large, multi-use facility. The janitorial worker cleans and sanitizes restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, and workout areas, rotating through different sections of the building as needed.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and dispensers.
Clean and sanitize breakrooms, including counters, tables, sinks, and appliances as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of office areas by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
Clean and sanitize workout and fitness areas, including equipment, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
Follow assigned cleaning routes and rotate through various sections of the facility from day to day.
Use appropriate cleaning products and supplies to maintain a sanitary environment.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to the appropriate contact.
Support general labor and production-related cleaning tasks as required to keep the facility organized and safe.
Essential Skills
Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record.
Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Capacity to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.
Willingness to work on a consistent schedule during the second shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
Experience in general labor or production environments is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a large facility with multiple areas and tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

This position is based in a large, approximately two-million-square-foot facility that includes offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and workout areas. This is a part-time weekend shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Saturdays & Sundays. The role is hands-on and active, involving regular walking, standing, and performing cleaning and general labor tasks throughout the building while following safety guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
